Project Management

FLOTEK has a number of Project Managers in the Engineering Team. A Project Manager is assigned and remains with a project until completion, hand-over and training with the customer.

The Project Manager is the single point of contact for the customer. He will co-ordinate all activities from design through to completion covering all required facets of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and robotics.
