Assembly & Commissioning

Machines are assembled in-house by FLOTEK’s experienced trades people under the close control and guidance of the Project Manager.

Commissioning is carried out at FLOTEK where skilled trades persons, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and machine and robot programmers work together as a team to bring the machine to full operating potential.

The machines are then run and tested to meet the specifications and cycle times to meet customer approvals prior to delivery.

Machines are quality checked with jigs and fixtures inspected with in-house co-ordinate measuring facilities prior to delivery.
